This article outlines the cause of the Oracle Netsuite "This user has exceeded the number of active access tokens for this role" error and how to resolve it.
This error may occur when linking a new Netsuite company in Codat.
You are most likely to be affected by this issue if you are heavily testing a Netsuite connection in Codat with the same user login.
NetSuite has a limit of active Token Based Authentication (TBA) Access Tokens per login/user.
That limit is 25 tokens, but please note that the Token limit is per Netsuite User, and not just a strict Netsuite Company limit on your Codat client.
Resolution
If you run into this Access Token Limit error, it might be necessary to revoke a token in Netsuite.
To revoke an Access Token go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens.
Click Edit on the Access Token that’s to be revoked and click Revoked.
